This is a new development, built and furnished to a very high standard. It is situated in a very friendly area in Vilamoura known as 'The Old Village'. The property is located beside Pinhal golf course and The Four Seasons, which is very popular with golfers and families alike. Within 'The Old Village' there are some very nice restaurants, snack/bars, supermarket and a very cosy local pub/bar with evening entertainment, most major sports on TV and internet access. It is very close to Europe’s largest Marina with an abundance of restaurants, bars and shops. There are five 18 hole golf courses nearby, two beautiful beaches, various other sports and water sports/parks enjoyed by all ages! The property comprises of a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, 1 Twin and 1 Double bedroom with king size bed , living room with dining area & double sofa bed. There is also a lovely terrace overlooking the private pool and a staircase leading to a roof garden with lovely views, complete with sun lounger

It is approximately a 15 minute walk to the Marina with its beautiful yachts, restaurants and shops. You will also find the nearby blue flag Falesia beach. There are various water parks and the renowned Zoomarine where you can swim with the dolphins. There are five 18hole championship courses in Vilamoura. In 'The Old Village' there is a wonderful Michelin star restaurant known as 'Willies' which we would HIGHLY recommend for that special occasion. Eating out- ALL tastes (& pockets) are catered for. Likewise, Night-life accommodates all tastes and ages. Locally there is a top rate fitness centre which can be used on a daily rate! And for anybody into the 'MARKET' scene there is a really good one in the nearby town of Quarteira on Wednesday mornings. A visit to the nearby town of Loule is a must, even if only to ramble the narrow cobbled shopping streets. And for the shoppers, there is ALGARVE SHOPPING, 15km, Portugal’s largest shopping centre, well worth a visit!

Our family stayed in this townhouse last summer and enjoyed it so much that we are looking to return this year, we were worried about facilities for our 2 year old as it was the first time she would have been abroad, she had a great time in the pool and the weather was lovely.
The house was well cleaned and had everything we needed for our stay. highly recommended.
The local store was only a 10 minute walk, we used it quite often but found it to be quite expensive overall.
There were plenty of restaurants within a few minutes walk so we never went hungry.
The people seemed friendly enough and the area was quiet.
The marina area was a walk away, we found it better to get a cab although there is a little train that goes back and forth. The Marina was lovely with lots of choices for eating and drinking.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

We have stayed in Vilamoura for the past 5 years and this accommodation has been, by far, the best.

From meeting Natalie with the key to handing it back, everthing was wonderful.

Very convenient for the supermarket, bars and restaurants.

Would highly recommend it. You won't be disappointed.

Great family accommodation

We booked this house for a week in the half term holiday in October. When we arrived we were met by the very friendly local agent and shown to the house.

The house is gorgeous and wonderfully equipped. There is absolutely everything you will ever need for a comfortable stay and the owners have provided extra homely touches like stairgates and booster seats for young children. The rooms are a great size, and having an outside patio for lunch and dinner is a great asset. You are literally yards from the pool and the supermarket and other facilities are less than 3 minutes walk away.

The whole complex is very well maintained and pristine. The house has its own private parking too.

We enjoyed our stay so much that we have already booked to go back for another visit.

This property lives up to its description in every way. It has a superior level of fit out in terms of furnishings and applicances and we could not have asked for any more. As we travelled in December we spent alot of time in the townhouse and it was a pleasure to do so. As we travel to Villamoura four or five times a year this is one of the best properties we have stayed in and would certainly return again and reccomend this property. The complex is very quiet and all the facilties of the old village are on the doorstep. We travelled with a child but would say this property would also suit couples and golfers. The patio overlooks the pool which is very convenient for families.
