Beautiful breeze, close to golf, windsurfing, swimming, surfing, jet skiing, boating, cliff fishing, sugar cane fields, rum factory, shops, and restaurants and bars. Airport is just 15 minutes away. The house is located on a cliff overlooking the beach and ocean. The West Indies Breeze is beautiful, open shutters in house, great breeze throughout house. Beach has gorgeous white sand with pink coral in it that blows in from the West African desert. Safe and secure neighborhood. Spent months there alone. No problems at all. Close to everything; shopping, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, convenience stores and gas stations.     Cancellation Policy: If there is an emergency and you have to cancel the dates you have booked, rental fee is refundable to the extent that the weeks can be re-rented and/or you may choose another rental period that is available.

Gold leaf trim sink and bathtub. Do not scrub gold leaf please.

Two of the Bedrooms have access to the upper deck where there is lounge chairs, sit up chairs and cocktail tables. The sun hits upper deck from 6am until 1 pm. Great place for morning tea/coffee. Great deck for private sun bathing. The night sky brings thousands of stars that seem so close you could touch them. Nice deck to relax and have a cocktail. Million dollar view of sea and sky, night and day. Beautiful sea breezes come through the shutters and are enhanced by plantation fans in each room. You will be lulled to sleep by the the sound of the ocean waves hitting the beach and the cliff. It truly is like Heaven on Earth. You will return home a new person.

I can't emphasize enough how beautiful the West Indies breeze is and sitting on the terraces upper or lower and feeling that breeze. So rejuvenating. The view is absolutely breath taking. You can dine indoor or outdoors, plenty of tables and cushioned chairs. More casual than formal. You will be very comfortable. Caretaker property.
