In the village of Paradou, next door to the boulangerie is this charming stone-built house with a wonderful collection of gardens, lawns and terraces. A terrace and swimming pool in the back are flanked by a weeping willow, fruit and olive trees, and a garden of herbs and lavender. A covered pergola is ideal for al fresco dining. The interior, newly renovated, features beamed ceilings, tile floors and warm Provençal colors. The ground floor includes a small sitting room leading to a larger sitting room with TV and air conditioning, a small but complete kitchen next to a utility/laundry room, a dining room adjacent to a shower room, and a double bedroom leading to a small bathroom. Upstairs are a double and a single sharing a bathroom and WC. A mezzanine includes a sitting area with single bed, an office and a sink-ideal for a teen or nanny.
