We wholeheartedly agree with what the three previous reviewers have written.......it is fantastic. It is not the place for children and teenagers, but for those with an interest in sightseeing and history the location is ideal. The public transport is perfectly suited for getting to towns and cities in the area. (if you are over 65 you can get to Marseilles for one Euro with buses leaving Aix every 10 minutes or so). Should you be minded to hire a car the apartment has the best parking in the whole of France with an underground garage with lift access. The car is the best way of seeing the historic villages to the north of Aix with their miles of vineyards and also the beautiful area along coast between Marseilles and Arles called the Martiques. Enjoy!
