Maussane-les-Alpilles holiday villa: France

Once inside this impressively large stone village house, with its views over a field with olive trees, you feel as if you are almost in the heart of the countryside. In fact, the shops, cafes, and restaurants of Maussane are just a few minutes away.

Entrance is through one of two sets of large green gates to an extensive gravel terrace with an outdoor dining area and plane trees providing shade. Beyond this is a large sun terrace with swimming pool (10 x 4.5, step access), teak garden furniture and terracotta pots of flowering plants.

The accommodation is on three floors and the rooms are spacious with high ceilings, freshly decorated throughout and furnished in a traditional style. This property is ideal for those wanting to walk to village amenities, yet have the space and facilities of a country house.

The security deposit is 50% of the rental price or €1,000. A credit card guarantee with clients signature is held on file for any additional charges that maybe incurred.

A two week minimum stay is normally required in July and August. One week stays may be subject to a surcharge.
