This charming property is located in a peaceful stand of pine trees three kilometers from the village of Paradou. It includes a wonderful terraced garden in the front abundant with fruit trees, olive trees and evergreens, and to one side a swimming pool in its own sun-drenched clearing. The villa is divided into two parts separated by a connecting terrace that is covered and very useful for outdoor eating and entertaining. Interiors are simply rendered with off-white walls and terracotta-tiled floors. The main portion features an open-plan living room, a dining room with fireplace, a generous kitchen, and a double bedroom opening to the garden with an ensuite dressing room, shower room, WC and TV. The secondary portion of the house includes a twin bedroom with a shower room and WC, and a double bedroom with TV, bathroom and WC.
