Prime location, picturesque grounds, old-world charm...this wonderful Mediterranean-style villa has it all, including two separate studio apartments and all the versatility of accommodations they provide. The property is between the town of St. Tropez and Tahiti Beach-two kilometers from each-and occupies a lush site in the hills filled with flowering shrubs, olive trees and evergreens. The front opens onto a wisteria-clad veranda with outside dining and views to the sea. Steps lead down to a tiled sun terrace and elegant infinity pool. The ground floor includes a full kitchen, utility room, living room with fireplace, TV and dining, and two double bedrooms, one up a few steps with a separate shower room, the other at the entry level with doors to the garden. On the first floor is a third double with bathroom en-suite. Two independent studios include doubles with en-suite shower rooms, kitchenettes, and sitting/dining areas.

The 12 hours of maid service is obligatory at €16 per hour.

This house sleeps 10 people.

The Security Deposit is 20% of the gross rental price.

There is a 5% surcharge for stays of less than 14 days between July and August..
