Saint-Tropez holiday villa: France

This comfortable, exquisitely furnished villa is in the Ste. Anne area two kilometers from the center of St. Tropez. The grounds feature terraces planted with topiary evergreens, flowering shrubs and crawling vines. A pool, sun terrace and lawn are located a number of steps down from the house accompanied by a shower room and steam room. The house itself is on one level and has an Italian design with terra-cotta floors, marble bathrooms and painted wall frescoes in the living room, which opens onto the terraces, in front and back. There is a good-size dining room and an attractive, well-equipped kitchen. Accommodations include a double bedroom with TV and bathroom, terraces opening on three sides, a double bedroom with shower room ensuite, opening front and back, a double bedroom with bathroom ensuite opening to the back, and a larger double bedroom with a four-poster bed, fireplace, dual washbasins, shower room and WC. The pool can be heated on request.

The 12 hours of maid service is obligatory at €16 per hour.

The Security Deposit is 20% of the gross rental price.

There is a 5% surcharge for stays of less than 14 days in July and August.
