This delightful property is situated in the countryside between St. Tropez and Ramatuelle. The location is very quiet, surrounded by vineyards and has views over the countryside to the sea in the distance. Entrance to the villa is via security gates and there is covered parking for two cars. The accommodation is all on one level and the rooms have been decorated and furnished with taste and charm in Provencal style. Amenities include satellite TV, DVD, alarm system and a safe in the master bedroom. The living/dining room opens to a pretty pergola covered terrace with a dining table, ideal for breakfast. One of the main features of the house is a large covered terrace which is furnished for outdoor cooking and dining, with a kitchen area with a fridge, barbecue, gas hob, oven,dishwasher, and a large dining table, seating 8-10 people. In front of this terrace is the swimming pool (14 x 5m) and the garden leading to the vineyards beyond.

The security deposit is €5,000.00, plus WIMCO holds a credit card with clients signature on file for any additional charges that maybe incurred. This property requires a two week booking.
