Clinging to the side of a hill with glorious views of the Med, Villa Marguerite is located in the quiet Quessine area near Cap Camarat. A steep path leads you from the property to the oceanfront below, a 5 minute walk. The house is tucked in amid olive trees and pines, with stepped levels that include a covered portico, sun terrace, lawn, garden, and formal swimming pool. The interior is decorated in appealing whites and yellows. The lower level is accessed by way of an internal stair or may be set up as a separate apartment. Accommodations feature an entry, living room with fireplace, dining area, full kitchen, and outdoor barbecue. Entry-level bedrooms include a double with bathroom en-suite, a twin with bathroom nearby, and a small bedroom with bunk beds. The lower level includes a living/dining area with two single beds, a double bedroom, bathroom, and kitchenette.

The security deposit is €5,000, plus WIMCO holds a credit card with clients signature on file for any additional charges that maybe incurred. This property requires a two week booking.
