This modern, recently-built Caribbean-style villa sits on lovely manicured grounds overlooking palm trees, flower gardens and the Mediterranean in the distance. It is only a short walk from Pampelonne's five kilometers of sand, sea, beachfront cafés and restaurants. A covered terrace opens onto the main garden and swimming pool. The interior is roomy and bright, with white walls in keeping with its modern theme and plush contemporary furniture. The ground floor features a large open-plan living/dining area connected to the terrace by way of huge French doors, a superbly-outfitted kitchen with a breakfast bar, and four double bedrooms with twin beds, bathrooms en-suite, outdoor access, and a full complement of TV, stereo, safe, telephone and air conditioning. The lower ground floor includes maid's quarters, a utility room, and a multi-car garage. Use of a tennis court next door is possible by request.
