A 15-minute walk brings you to the beach. The front of the house is partly landscaped, partly wild, with covered dining portico and barbecue, a wide lawn, terraced pool, and tall mature trees beyond. The interior is bright and cheerful, with white and off-white walls, simple comfortable furniture, and plenty of windows to admit copious light. Accommodations emphasize easy living. Common areas include a large living room and dining room, and a fully-equipped kitchen.

The security deposit is €1,000, plus WIMCO holds a credit card with clients signature on file for any additional charges that maybe incurred. This property requires a two week booking. There is a 5% service charge on all one week bookings.
