Accommodation: The house has hot and cold air-conditioning, with all linen provided. The open plan dining area and lounge leads to a covered terrace with additional table and chairs, perfect for al fresco dining. The small garden has loungers and a barbecue. Upstairs, the master bedroom has balcony, dressing area and large en suite bathroom. The second bedroom also has French windows and balcony, with ample dressing area and en suite bathroom. On the top floor, the third bedroom has generous wardrobe space and leads onto a roof terrace with sun-loungers and views of the sea - ideal for private sunbathing. The house can be accessed from its own secure underground parking space. The large shared pool has a lifeguard during the summer season and has plenty of loungers for sunbathing.

Location and entertainment: Everything you could need on holiday is within reach. There is an excellent restaurant on the beach at Bahia de Marbella, and several more a short stroll along the beach. They are extremely family friendly, and there are pedalos and other beachfront activities within easy reach. The large supermarket at El Rosario is a 5 minute drive away. Numerous water sports are available in Marbella, with the El Casco tennis club also a few minutes away. There are a range of activities and attractions nearby including Selwo Safari Park and water parks at Torremolinos and Fuengirola. For those who fancy combining golf with some winter skiing, the Sierra Nevada is only two hours away.

Children: All the essentials for easy holidaying with children are provided: cot, high chair, booster seat, kids' crockery and cutlery, a wide selection of videos and a wide range of satellite channels.

Golf: The house is ideally placed for all the key courses on the Costa del Sol. Rio Real, Santa Clara and Marbella are on the doorstep, whilst Los Naranjos, Las Brisas and Aloha are all within a 10-15 minute drive. In all there are 12 top class courses within 20 minutes, plus Los Arqueros and La Quinta about 25-30 minutes away. Valderama is only an hour's drive. There is plenty to keep golfers of all standards happy. We can provide information to assist in booking your golf in advance to make the most of your stay. With six twin beds, the house is ideal for golfing parties. During low season, short breaks are available.
