The apartment is located within the Casares del Sol complex, which has access to 3 swimming pools each with its own separate child pool (lifeguards in the main season (June to September) are available on selective pools) and beautifully landscaped gardens. The village of Casares which is over 400 years old is set into the mountains with lovely traditional restaurants and bars, a few minutes drive away. The apartment has 2 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes which can be adapted as 2 double or 4 singles and 2 bathrooms each with showers. The views from the terrace are breathtaking, with mountains to the front/left and the Mediterranean to the right. The apartment is furnished to the highest quality with modern contemporary furniture and contains all the appliances that you would expect in such a luxury development, such as washer, dishwasher, air-conditioning/heating system.There is also a 29' flat screen TV, DVD player and Sky box, giving access to 40+ channels, inc. BBC etc.

Walking distance to the Casares Golf course, Dona Julia golf course and the El Finca Cortesin Jack Nicklaus golf academy at Casares, the latter two both of which opened in 2006. There are more that 30 other golf courses within just 30 minutes drive from the apartment. Casares is much quieter than it's lively neighbours and has a lovely beach with intimate beach bars and restaurants on the sea front and traditional Tapas restaurants in the old Casares village in the mountains. Estepona and La Duquesa are just a couple of minutes away by car giving access to lots more restaurants and great shopping. Don't forget to visit Sabinillas too, which is a lovely seafront village, just five minutes drive from the complex, with some lovely cafes and ice cream parlours, plus a fantastic beach front for sun lovers and families.

Both bedrooms have large double wardrobes and a set of drawers. The first bedroom also contains a safe for valuables. The bedrooms are light and airy and are serviced by the apartments air conditioning and heating system.

Notes: As the accommodation is on the first floor, there is a set of 16 steps to the entrance of the apartment and unfortunately no lift access, but if you feel comfortable with the steps the rest of the complex is easily accessible. There is a parking space directly under the apartment, so no need to carry shopping very far and always a guaranteed place to park, Linen and towels are changed once a week, but can be changed more frequently on request for a small additional charge, also there is no daily maid service unless specifically requested. On your arrival you will receive a welcome pack of tea, sugar, milk, bread and jam to keep you going until you get to the local supermarket, but if you would like us to order more, then please just ask and this can be arranged for you. Car hire can be arranged from the airport and we have found some very competitive rates, if you would like us to organise a car for you then just let us know.

We just returned from a very relaxing week in Casares and this apartment was just great, with everything you need for a home from home stay. We loved the decor and position in the complex as it was very quiet and had lovely views of the mountains and sea.

Would definitely recommend to friends and will book again next year.
