Adjacent to café Hafa, on the rock dominating the bay of Tangiers and the Mediterranean sea, Dar Hafa is an exclusive property which will surprise with its individual charm and unique character. The property, perfectly integrated to its natural environment, takes inspiration from an ocean ship and has five deck-terraces built in the cliff and overlooking the water, providing the traveler with a unique feeling of freedom.

The villa is built on several floors creating a labyrinth of stairs, rooms, and terraces, with water views visible from several angles. The interior design is modern and cozy , and features an impressive collection of paintings and books on photography, design and art. The decoration is comprised of Mediterranean colors such as red, blue, or yellow, contrasting with the white of the walls, stairs and terraces. The pink of the dining room, enriched by a pleasant winter garden with green plants, the sunflower yellow of the kitchen or the red of the living room create several different spaces for peace and serenity.

Dar Hafa has one master bedroom, two ensuites doubles and three double bedrooms sharing a shower room. The master bedroom occupies all of the sixth floor and has impressive views on the Mediterranean Sea. The decor is influenced by minimalism, with grey and white tones, and a dark grey marble Japanese bathroom containing a bath and a power shower. The first ensuite room has a private terrace and a shower room. The second ensuite rooms resembles a ship cabin with low ceilings and portholes with a view over water and has a bathroom. All rooms are different in style and spirit, and are decorated using a contemporary style with inspirations from traditional Moroccan techniques, such as Takelakt and Zellijes.

The security deposit is 10% of the total rental price. The security deposit is released 45 days after departure .
