Original period features including a bow end sitting room with marble fireplace and wooden flooring and working shutters throughout the property, are complimented by modern bathrooms and bedrooms and a very well-equipped kitchen with large dining area that will easily sit 8 people. Access to extensive private gardens in Queen Street is included.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Check-in time is from 14.30 and departure time is 11.00. On acceptance of a booking, the let will be provisionally reserved in your name and an invoice for 50% of the rental will be sent out. Payment should be made within 7 days to confirm the booking. An invoice for the balance of the rental and damage deposit of £500 will be sent out 8 weeks prior to the commencement of the tenancy and this must be settled within 7 days of the invoice date. If a booking is made less than 8 weeks before commencement of the tenancy, the total rent and the deposit will be due within 7 days of the invoice date. Full terms and conditions will be supplied with your invoice.

I would like to recommend this property to anyone looking for a beautiful property in the centre of Edinburgh, i do not think you could get much closer!
We were a group of 6 female family members who wanted somewhere that was close to the shops and cocktail bars on George Street.
This place was ideal with it being a 10 second walk round the corner.
The flat itself was decorated to a high standard with lovely period features and i would definitely look to book this flat again on our next outing to Edinburgh.
