  • Check-in time is from 14.30 and departure time is 11.00. On acceptance of a booking, the let will be provisionally reserved in your name and an invoice for 50% of the rental will be sent out. Payment should be made within 10 days to confirm the booking. An invoice for the balance of the rental and damage deposit of £500 will be sent out 8 weeks prior to the commencement of the tenancy and this must be settled within 7 days of the invoice date. If a booking is made less than 8 weeks before commencement of the tenancy, the total rent and the deposit will be due within 7 days of the invoice date.
