Built in the beginning of the twentieth century, this house has been entirely renovated and decorated. Located in the very heart of Saint Tropez village, near the place des Lices, it is fully fenced and sheltered.

The swimming pool with alarm and the garden are major assets. The charming and delicate decoration in the Provençal style inspires nothing but peacefulness and relaxation.

On the ground floor, the entrance hall opens onto an old Provençal kitchen converted into a kitchen/extra dining room. The main kitchen is fully equipped (electric and gas burners, fridge, oven, dish washer) and also opens -via a French doors to the entrance hall. The main room, with living and dining areas and a fireplace, opens through French doors to the terrace, that is covered with wisteria and fitted with tables and chairs for outdoors dining.

This villa sleeps 8 people.

This villa rents May to October and requires a minimum stay of 2 weeks.

The security deposit is €5,000, plus WIMCO holds a credit card with clients signature on file for any additional charges that maybe incurred.
