Modern French style Villa in the lovely historic town of Pezenas

Lovely modern French Villa on small gated complex in a lovely little historic town of Pezenas. Just 15 mins walk into town, 20 min drive to the fantastic beaches of the South of France. 2 bedroomed, master room with double bed, 2nd bedroom has bunkbed, a travel cot is provided. There is a new (good quality) sofa bed if required so the house can sleep 6. Shower and seperate WC. The living room is light and airy with two sofas, one of which is a double sofa bed. A Flat screen TV and DVD player, CD/HiFi are included. The kitchen is new with fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a dining area - if you don't want to soak up the sun. The house has a sunny garden on two sides, ideal for the sun chasers amongst us. A BBQ and outside seating for dining or just relaxing. Beach chairs, umbrellas, coolbox etc available for your use. The private residents pool is a great sun trap. A perfect location for the historic towns, beaches, mountain and lake activities.

Pezenas is a lovely historic town. It is very popular and availability for the summer months sell out very quickly. The house is ideally situated and walking distance into the town for the many resturants and shops. The beaches are just 20 minutes away and there is plenty of choice. Within reach also are the mountains. This offers various activities as well as some stunning views. The mountain lakes offer watersports as well as some inland beaches. You can hire dingi, canoes, mountian bikes etc. Local towns such as Montpellier, Beziers offer some great shopping as well as fantastic sightseeking opportunities. Local airports include, Montpellier, Carcassone, as well as the newly opened route from Bristol to Beziers.
