This self catering apartment is on the ground floor located close to Tivoli World and only 15 minutes walk to the heart of Benalmadena where many pubs, restaurants and the beach can be found, 10 minutes drive from the airport, 10 minutes drive to Fuengirola and 30 -40 minutes drive to Marbella. For the kids there is Tivoli World, Selwo World, Torromolinos Aquatic park and much more. For the golfers, there are numerous golf courses in this area of the Costa del Sol. . Prices include electricity, water and cleaning of apartment upon departure. There is no smoking in the apartment.

A beautiful quiet area but very close to the hustle and bustle. Lots of activities for families and children nearby. Shared large pool in urbanisation. Go into Benalmadena for a great beach holiday or stay at the apartment for a quiet relaxing holiday. All amenitied in the apartment.

  • A 30% deposit is required to secure the booking, balance payable 8 weeks before departure. A damages deposit of €150 to be paid and refunded no later than 2 weeks after departure, subject to satisfactory inspection of property. Cancellation charges apply and initial deposits are non-refundable. Bathroom towels and linen are provided. Beach and pool towels are not provided. If the length of stay is less than one week there will be an additional charge to cover cleaning and laundry costs.
