This pretty provençal house is situated in Les Alpilles area, close to St Martin de Crau , at only 7 Kms from the very nice village of Maussane.

Located in a quiet neighborhood, it benefits from a fenced grass garden of 3000 m² , within which a sunny swimming pool (12 x 6m) will welcome you. Close by is a shaded terrace where you can relax and enjoy the built-in BBQ.

This street-level house has been very simply decorated and furnished but has a fully equipped kitchen and pleasant bright rooms. The main rooms are facing south, towards the terrace and the garden.

Perfect house for a family.

DISTANCES: St Martin de Crau is 4 kms, Maussane les Alpilles is 7 kms, Arles is 12 kms and the Marseille Airport is 45 minutes.

This villa sleeps 6 people.

The security deposit is 50% of the rental price or €1,000. A credit card guarantee with clients signature is held on file for any additional charges that maybe incurred.

A two week minimum stay is normally required in July and August. One week stays may be subject to a surcharge.
