Offering large terracing, BBQ entertaining area and access to fruit groves, all set around a beautiful, big pool area. Casa Los Abetos sleeps a maximum of 11 people and features a huge lounge/dining area and fully equipped luxury kitchen. It offers the latest in home entertainment, with plasma screen TV, surround sound system and ipod docking unit, plus games console. It is stylishly and sumptuously furnished throughout, with a fusion of contemporary and Eastern antique furniture and artifacts. The villa sleeps 11, offering 5 bedrooms/3 bathrooms - 3 double bedrooms, 1 twin room and 1 large bedroom with 3 single beds. Cots/cribs are available to hire on request. The villa is in a very quiet residential area. Just 5 minutes from Santa Eularia town centre, restaurants and a selection of beautiful beaches. Car hire is recommended.

Casa Los Abetos is located near Santa Eulalia town, en route to the picturesque village of San Carlos. Santa Eulalia is a charming, cosmopolitan town has everything you could possibly want or need, including a sandy EEC Blue Flag beach with a promenade, marina and many cafes and bars. A selectiion of stunning beaches with great restaurants are just a five minute drive from the villa. Both Niu Blau and Cala Pada are ideal for families, with gentle lapping waves and a great selection of restaurants. Cala Pada features a small jetty offering boat trips around the island. A new sports centre, Poliesportiu, is just an 8 minute walk from the villa offering tennis, gym, indoor pool, five a side football and basketball courts. Just 10 minutes drive away is the highly rated 18 hole golf course at Club de Golf, Roca Lisa. Santa Eulalia is just a 20 minute drive from the airport and the villa is 15 minutes from Ibiza Town.

  • Security deposit of €1,500 is payable 56 days before the start of your stay.
    To confirm your stay, a deposit of 35% of the full payment, must be paid at the time of booking. The deposit is non refundable.

    Compulsory end of stay cleaning charge - €250 per booking, to be paid with booking.

Local attractions: Casa Los Abetos is a five minute drive from both the sandy beaches at Niu Blau and Cala Pada, and minutes drive from the charming cosmopolitan town of Santa Eularia with its EEC Blue Flag beach, restaurants and marina. Casa Los Abetos is 15 minutes drive from Eivissa (Ibiza Town) The hippy market of Las Dalias is a few minutes drive at the artistic centre of San Carles. The world famous Cafe Mambo and Cafe Del Mar sunset bars of San Antonio are 25 minutes drive from the house, which is also 10 minutes drive from the highly rated 18 hole golf course at Club de Golf Roca Llisa. There is also football, tennis and a leisure centre with indoor swimming pool and gym at Poliesportiu (sports centre), which is a 10 minute walk from the house.In addition Santa Eularia has local gyms that accept short term members.
