Cottage in game reserve overlooking Crocodile River into Kruger National Park.

If you like wildlife roaming around your cottage, then this cottage is situated in the best possible way. If you want to expe­rience the wild African bush - this is your place. From the cottage there is direct view into Kruger National Park across the Crocodile River. The river is only a few meters from the cottage separated by the wildlife fence. At sunset you can sit with your sundowner on on the top deck and watch lions drinking from the river before they go hunting. In the garden underneath you have frequent visits by warthogs, impala, zebras, giraffes etc. Guinea fowls settle in the trees nearby and you can hear their guttural voices until the night becomes black. The cottage can accommodate four-five persons with all necessary kitchenware. End-cleaning is inclusive in the rental price.

Rental rates for the cottage in South Africa

Notes to the rental rates

• Payment
  If you book the cottage 60 days before the rental period starts then you can divide the payment into two rates:
  1st rate of 25% of the total rental price or at least 135 €
  2nd rate is the rest of the payment and should be paid up at latest 60 days before the rental period starts
  Booking later than 60 days before rental period starts the whole amount is due.
  Payment should be done to our bank account in Denmark.
  If payment is not received before the above dates then we consider the rental agreement to be cancelled.
  
• Cancellation or change.
  A cancellation can only be done in writing and is only valid from the day we have received it.
  By cancellation the following is applicable:
  1. From booking date till 90 days before the rental period starts the cancellation fee is 10% of the total rental amount and no less than 50€.
  2. Between 89 till 60 days before the rental period starts the cancellation fee is 25% of the total rental amount but no less than 50€.
  3. Cancellation later than 59 days before the rental period starts cannot be accepted at the total rental amount is due.
  If the cottage can be rented out to another party the above fees will be reduced to a fee of 25% of the total rental amount but not less than 50€.
  We will accept that another person takes over the cottage for the booked period at the same price.
  
• R 500 deposit on arrival
  The house is looked after by a local couple who can also be contacted in case something happens.
  When you receive the keys they will ask for a deposit of 500 R. That will cover damage to the house, utensils, linen, remote control etc. You will get the money back when you hand over the keys and remote control upon departure.
