A new 2 bedroom garden apartment ideal for a family. Furnishings are modern and of a high standard. There is a large terrace and garden perfect for BBQ or relaxing in the sunshine and a landscaped communal pool to cool off during the summer heat. The 4* Thalasia Hotel and Spa next door is ideal for a romantic meal or special treat. It is a short walk to the salt lakes and protected nature reserve. The beach on the Mediterranean sea is accessed by walking through this nature reserve. The Mar Menor beaches are a short bike ride or 5 minute drive, ideal for families as the water is calmer and warmer than the Mediterranean. The sea here is famous for its therapeutic waters. Golf lovers have a selection of courses in the area, Roda Golf Resort & La Manga to name a few. San Pedro is a small market town with traditional Spanish bars, cafes and shops. A truly perfect setting for that self catering summer holiday rental.

Facing the tranquil waters of the Mar Menor, San Pedro del Pinatar is the hotspot of Murcia. This seaside town lies at the northern tip of the Mar Menor. There are many beaches and nature trails along the coast with the Calblanque National Park at the southern tip where nature lovers will enjoy magnificent treks. Hire a bike or walk along the promenade and enjoy the amazing views. San Pedro del Pinatar lies on a Saltwater Nature Reserve, a unique Mediterranean coastal spot, famous for Flamingos & other migratory birds. At the edge of the Reserve is a Thalasso Spa, offering unique treatments and spa pools of therapeutic Mediterranean waters. At La Puntica and La Curva there are a number of water sports available, such as sailing, scuba diving or windsurfing. There are several Championship Golf Courses within 15 mins drive including the renowned La Manga Club and the Roda Golf Resort. The town square is typically Spanish with tapas bars, restaurants and shops offering a local flavour.

  • Email or telephone to book. £50 deposit by cheque required to secure booking, non-refundable in case of cancellation. Balance payable 1 month prior to departure. A security cheque of £100 is required. This will be returned to you via post following a satisfactory end of stay inspection. There is a €35 additional charge for washing & cleaning services that must be paid locally to key-holder.
  • Preferred change over time is: departure 12 noon and arrival 3.00pm. However if the apartment is not being rented out this is more flexible. Airport collection from Murcia (San Javier) and Alicante can be arranged, payable locally. Please enquire for further details.
  • Special rates available for last minute bookings & rental periods longer than 2 weeks in off-peak season. Long term rentals are welcome. Please contact us to discuss further.
