This air conditioned property is situated on an exclusive new development in the heart of the Orihuela Costa golf region. This 3 + 1 bedroom/ 2 bathroom Town house boasts 3 floors, a private furnished patio terrace, with a furnished rooftop solarium with sea views to one aspect and a wooded green area to the other. This is a 3 bedroom house with an additional ground floor lounge / bedroom and a double sofa bed and an additional pull out bed. The property lies close to the large communal pool which also features a section for small kiddies, showers & a large patio area with sun shades and lawned areas. The renowned Villamartin Plaza with its abundance of quality restaurants and bars is a 15 minute walk away. Within a 5 minute drive you can reach the new entertainment area of La Rioja at the entrance to Villamartin with many restaurants. This area of the Southern Costa Blanca [the Orihuela Costa] features the lovely beaches of La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Campoamor, Punta Prima or Mil Palmeras-all of which have been awarded the European Blue Flag for excellence. Each beach features kiddies play areas and a beach bar/cafe serving cooked food, Tapas & snacks. Probably the areas best beach is Cala Capitain on the Cabo Roig peninsula. In all the main areas you will find excellent bars & restaurants, particularily in Flamenca Beach, Los Dolces, La Zenia, Cabo Roig and Villamartin. You will find Karaoke or live entertainment in the Irish bars until the early hours. Go Karts, Horse Riding, Quad Bikes, Jet Skis, Massive all night Discotheques-you can have it quiet or very lively, the choice is yours.

There are beach mats, deckchairs, buckets & spades and a boogie board for your use. You will also find fans and heaters along with a radio/Cd player with an assortment of music Cd's. Up on the rooftop solarium you will find a large table & chairs and a BBQ for your use. All bedding is provided along with hand towels, bath towels and flannels. Important... You will need to have your own beach towels. Please do not take towels from the house to the pool or beach.

Other Activities: Golf on 3 championships courses within a 5 minutes drive from the house.

I spent nearly 2 weeks here at the end of August, this is the second time that I have been to this area of spain and would like to say that the house had everything you need to enjoy a relaxing time away with friends and family the downstairs basement area was pefect, as away with another couple and still enabled us to have space... would recommend car hire a few hills for walking but otherewise everything you need was easy to get to...overall lovely well maintained house and spent many a late evening on the spacious roof terrace... thanks and would definately recommend to people.. water park was great and not to busy the pool nice but with young children and unhappy residents was sometimes difficult the beach was lovely and only a short drive away... water sports, great waves and a reasonable beach hut with great service.. local restaurants lots of variety walkable, however a great variety in the local villa marting square which is only 15 minutes walk and nice stroll back when you have eaten... Supermarket walkable and everything you could possibly need.. would recommend this house, water park,beach and local market.....
