The “Sea Esta" is a BRAND NEW, beautifully furnished two story beach house located on the Texas Gulf Coast in Port Aransas. This 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home is situated just two blocks from the beach.
This amazing home has two master suites. One master suite is located on the main floor and features a king size bed, flat screen LCD TV, private bath with a large tiled walk-in shower, and a loveseat size sleeper sofa that converts to a twin size bed. The second master suite is located upstairs and features a queen size bed, flat screen LCD TV, and a private bath. Two additional bedrooms, one with a full size bed and one with 1 set of twin bunk beds, and an additional full bath are located on the second floor. Overall this vacation home will sleep 8-10 people very comfortably.
The living room on the main floor features a flat screen LCD TV, a DVD player, and a queen size sleeper sofa to accommodate additional guests. The fully equipped kitchen also has its own flat screen LCD TV and a generously proportioned table that seats 10.
