This self-catering holiday Villa occupies a privileged 2000sq m large, walled and fenced compound on the upper slopes of Mount Montgo on Calle Auriga 21 just next to the nature reserve. A panoramic view glides over a wide valley with orange and almond plantations and to the high mountains of the hinterland. This holiday rental Villa features a half round terrace (naya), a patio with barbecue grill, dining room, living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, lobby and two bedrooms as well as one bathroom on the ground floor. The whole first floor is occupied by the air-conditioned master bedroom, a wardrobe section and the large master bath with attached sun terrace. The basement stores the firewood and gas heater bottles for our winter guests. The 10 x 5m large, deep and fully tiled pool complements the 2000 sqm large garden. It is stocked with a large grass area, many palm- and other trees and flowering bushes. The perfect place to relax.

  • A 20 % down payment is requested at time of booking, the remainder 60 days before arrival date. Security deposit : 300 Euros, repayable not later than 14 days after end of stay. Pets: 50 Euros per pet per stay.

    All rates are incl. of water, electricity, pool service. Gas usage (for winter heating) as per consumption. Final cleaning 120 Euros for stays of less than 2 weeks. There are no other charges.
  • Rates include meeting by local German and English speaking villa manageress from highway exit 62 and introduction to house and facilities as well as checkout by villa manageress. Maid and cook service can be arranged upon prior notice and agreement
  • Payment also accepted in Pound Sterling, Swiss Francs and US Dollars, via PayPal (Euros and USD only) and through credit card (Pound Sterling only)

Location of the Villa: The Villa ls located in a high class residential area known as Montgo-Toscamar to the right of the Javea - Jesus Pobre road. Near Jesus Pobre runs the national road which connects to the Ondara highway exit. Die Villa's adress is Calle Auriga 21 resp. was known under MG426. This road runs very near the southern borderline of the Montgo nature reserve. House and pool face due south an benefit from beautiful sunshine for most hours of the day. The location is quiet and sheltered. Other villas in the vicinity stand on large plots so your privavcy is assured.

Javea and surroundings: The coastal town of Javea on the northern Costa Blanca is one of Spain's most prominent and popular seaside resorts. Many beaches, romantic coves, an intact environment, no high-rise buildings and a welcoming population make Javea unique. Javea is famous for its romantic beaches, along high cliffs and the mountainous hinterland which offers fabulous tours to small villages and towns. Mountain hiking is very much popular along this stretch of the Costa Blanca while the beach and club crowd will find plenty of diversion in Javea as well as neighbouring towns and resorts. For the culturally interested, Valencia and Alicante are a mere 1 hour drive away and offer any kind of opera, concert as well as restaurants, bars and markets - not to forget the many historical monuments. For sports, there are all kind of water sports incl. scuba diving (some of the best in all of Spain), many golf courses (the La Sella course and its Mariott Hotel) just 5 mins from the villa), a tennis club etc.
