The Villa is located on the outskirts of the hillside village of Malatya. The nearest supermarket is 5 minutes drive away in Alsancak however there is a shop and cafe within walking distance. The mountain walks from this property are simply fantastic. T here is a real friendly village atmosphere and the local people cannot do enough for you. You will be spoilt for Restaurants and can have a wonderful meal for under a 'Tenner' a head. There are local sandy beaches at Escape and Camelot bay both of which have restaurants and watersports. Beautiful unspoilt beaches can be found near Famagusta and in the Karpas region both of which make a lovely day out. The picturesque harbour of Kyrenia is a twenty minute drive away where you can enjoy a meal or a drink and watch the world go by. From the harbour you can arrange boat trips go site seeing or wander through the local markets.

There are 2 sets of double doors from the Lounge out to the Terrace. The living space is fitted with a large 'L' shaped couch with local antique furniture and decoration. The Dining area allows for 6 people to sit and eat in comfort and also gives you access out onto the terrace. The Modern Kitchen that's is fully fitted with all the comforts of home has hand painted base and wall units with granite worktops. There is also an island breakfast bar also featuring a granite worktop, marble floors , a large window overlooking the pool and double doors out to the terrace. A midweek change of linen and towels will be provided free of charge. stunning BBQ and outdoor eating area set in the landscaped grounds.
