Delightful house nested in a 9 hectare property composed by meadows and wood. Nice view over the Pyrenees from the rear garden. Located in a very quiet place but 3 minutes away by car from the village where you will find a very good bakery as well as a small grocery. For a bigger market, Morlaas is 10 minutes away and Garlin is 15 minutes. If you like the countryside, you will be seduced by this place. You will be able to go for a walk in our wood or have a rest under the sun at the edge of the swimming-pool.

At a 1h30 driving distance, departure point for Trek Mountains. You can go shopping in Spain 1h30 away taking the highway. Biarritz is 1h15 away. A charming parachute club is within 5 minutes. In the village, there is a very good restaurant where they always welcome you with a smile, 'Chez Courbet', with a traditional cooking from the region and a very good value for money.
