your holiday accommodation is the first floor of a 200 year old farmhouse with your own entrance and patio. We are 3km from the village of Crespia on the river Fluvia 10km from Banyoles. It consists of three bedrooms that can sleep up to 10, kitchen, lounge, shower and toilet. Ideal for groups or families who like the outdoors and nature in general i.e walking cycling fishing ect. there is everything you will need for a self catering holiday but we also provide a selection of themed meals i.e curry, fish, tapas, paella. see our web site for further details. Although the house is very rural and secluded within 15min drive there are many restaurants serving good local food and wine,3 or 4 swimming pools (summer months only), tennis courts, horse riding and golf. The nearest beach is just 30min drive away. Here on site we provide free of charge badminton, table tennis and fishing equipment along with 6 or 7 mountain bikes.

• Although the above prices are for self catering if you prefer to be spoilt we also offer a catering service. For €12 per head and children 6 to 12 € 6 with under 6s free you could enjoy one of our themed menus of either -paella-tapas-curry or fish. We are also pleased to offer you a meal prepared and waiting for you on your arrival and a shopping service to allow you to get straight on with the more important business of unwinding. FISHING

We have two or three fishing rods that you can use but they are only of a low quality, and the more serious fishermen may want to bring their own. Ryanair charge for sports equipment. The river is stocked with large wild carp among other things. You will also need a fishing permit that costs about € 30 and lasts for one year. There are fishing tackle shops within a 15 to 20 min drive.

MOUNTAIN BIKES

We also have 6 or 7 mountain bikes for your uses should you wish .but they are not for the professional rider so you may wish to bring your own. Check with Ryanayr as they only allow so many per flight.

GERENAL

we do provide tennis rackets and balls, footballs, badminton and table tennis for your use. For the less energetic we have various boardgames, cards, dominos and chess we also have a well stocked bookcase along with t.v but due to our location we only receive a few English channels however to compensate we have plenty of d.v.ds. If you are finding it difficult to reach us by telephone please text us and we will call you back, due to our location reception can be fickle.
