This lovely villa stands on 2 levels in the quiet and secure established residential urbanization of Zenia Golf IV. Entry is via a spacious sun terrace and into the the very comfortable lounge with dining area. The kitchen is well equipped to cater for all your needs whilst on holiday and a good utility area housing the washing machine with drying area leads off. The master bedroom and family bathroom are on this level and the twin bedroom with shower en suite and private balcony are on the upper level. There are sun loungers, tables and chairs so that you may sunbathe, relax and dine outdoors. The resident’s private communal swimming pool set within grassed gardens is on your doorstep and is a great place for meeting others. The villa has air conditioning throughout for you comfort and a digital TV system installed for your entertainment.

Zenia Golf IV is ideally located between the resorts of La Zenia and Cabo Roig and so is within easy walking distance of all local amenities. La Zenia provides a large Consum supermarket, shops, restaurants and bars with live entertainment and the beautiful blue flag award winning beach of La Zenia is a mere 10 minutes walking distance. The Cabo Roig 'stretch' which provides a vibrant nightlife with many shops, cafes, bars and restaurants providing family entertainment is only a few minutes walk. An Aqua Park, a go-kart track and numerous other sandy beaches with good amenities and sun bed facilities are a short driving distance away as is the main town of Torrevieja with its lovely harbour and large shopping centre. A short drive takes you to the 3 local superb golf courses of Villamartin, Las Ramblas, and Royal Campoamor with its newly built sports complex. Costa Blanca is fast becoming a great place to come for family entertainment and to play golf with over twenty five courses

Additional information about rental rates

  • LONG TERM RATES AVAILABLE DURING THE LOW SEASON, PLEASE ENQUIRE
  • BOOKING DEPOSIT:
    To confirm a booking you will be requested to provide a non returnable deposit of 20% of the total rental cost and then 6 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday the final payment should be made. Payments can be made by cheque in either sterling or euros. Confirmation of booking, terms and conditions and directions to the villa will be sent either direct to your home address or via email.
    A refundable security bond of 100 pounds sterling or 120 euros in cash is payable on your arrival and this will be returned to you on your day of departure and only after the property has been checked over.
    To cover the cost of cleaning and laundry following your departure there will be an additional local fee of 55 euros to pay on your arrival (this is based on up to 4 persons, thereafter 5 euros per person).
  • SUPPORT SERVICE:
    You will be met on arrival at the apartment and a good support service is there for you during your stay.
    Should you be arriving after shopping hours we are able to arrange the purchase of an essential food parcel on request.
    We can arrange the hire of travel cots, high chairs and other baby equipment, please enquire.

Beaches: There are many beaches on the Orihuela Costa which have been awarded the blue flag in recognition of safety and cleanliness and you are walking distance of approx 15 minutes to Cabo Roig beach and Marina and a little further to the beaches of Campoamor, Cala Capitan, Playa Flamenca and La Zenia with good facilities and beach bars. The beautiful Mar Menor coastline with stretches from San Pedro to La Manga is a 15 minute drive away. Alternatively heading north towards Alicante you will find the very attractive sandy beaches of Guardamar and La Marina.

Airport transfers, car hire and taxi service: There are two main airports in the Costa Blanca area and these are ALICANTE, which is just a 40 minute drive to the property and MURCIA, a smaller airport offering low budget flights, is just a 20 minute drive away. AIRLINES: Monarch/Globespan/Rynair/Easyjet/Jet2/BmiBaby offering budget and scheduled flights from Stansted, Gatwick, Luton, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Prestwick, Shannon, Dublin, Cork and other major European airports Airport transfers to and from both these airports can be provided at a low budget cost and transport to other locations can also be arranged during your holiday Should you wish to hire a car during your stay we may be able to arrange this for you, providing you give us ample notice. Golf: Just a short drive from Cabo Roig there are three superb golf courses and these are the championship golf course at Villamartin, not for the faint hearted is Las Ramblas golf course which is considered to be ¨one of the most challenging in Spain¨ and Royal Campoamor which must be one the most stunning courses.
