The perfect summer holiday rental in the heart of Landes, minutes from the beach this newly decorated 4 bedroom villa offers lots of local activities. From a local cinema (with English movies), resturants and shops, cycle paths (bikes are available for rent in Contis), mini golf, paint ball and tree top activities for kids and adults. Of course the beach is the high point, beautiful sand stretching for miles, there is also a good surfing break there, good for beginners or the more advanced surfers. The villa has a new built in kitchen dining room with a gas oven, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine. It has four spacious bedrooms, and bathroom with a shower and a tub. The lounge has large french doors which open into the garden and sitting area - perfect for BBQ's! The Villa also has a garage. The area is very safe and locals are friendly. The Villa is situated directly in between the Bordeaux and the Biarritz airports, which is about 50 minutes to an hour by car.

Nearest Airport: Bordeaux airport or Biarritz at 100 Kilometres
Nearest Train: Dax at 50 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 4.0 Kilometres

The Villa is situated half way in between bordeaux and biarritz, which are both easily accessible by the R10. The villa is situated is in the middle of the nature reserve of landes forests and woodlands. The nearest towns are St Julian en Born which has a large supermarket and some smaller shops, or Contis which is a small village with a few restaurants, bars, shops and the cinema. Both of these towns are a cycle away. The villa is about 15 mins by car from the minizan town centre and lakes, this town is a little busier. Its is about 40 min drive to Hossegor and Cap Breton which can be host to many surfing events and competitions. Arcachon is home to the largest sand dune in Europe and is about 45 minutes by car. You can also pop over to Spain in just over a hour if you wanted to pick up any duty free items.
