These attractive Cottages & Farmhouse at Standlow Farm have been sympathetically converted. Once part of a working farm, they retain many original features and enjoy shared use of 9 acres of natural countryside with sitting areas and barbecues. All the cottages are unique and are furnished to a high standard and have been graded ETC 4star. They are situated in the heart of the countryside within a short walking distance from the beautiful village of Kniveton and its village pub. The country lane leads you to the route through to Kniveton and Carsington Reservoir and other outstanding places in Derbyshire and the Peak District. The cottages and Farmhouse enjoy shared use of private gardens with children's play area . A new addiition this year is the Games Room with a full size pool /snooker table, table tennis table, air hockey and table football. The views from the terrace are spectacular with outdoor seating and lighting, BBqs can continue long into the evening. Sleeps 2-44

Forget me not Cottage - sleeps 4/6 Unlike its name , Forget me not Cottage will not be forgotten as it is described as the cosiest cottage. The master bedroom in golds holds has a king size metal bed, wardrobe and set of drawers, rug and reading lamps. Crisp white bedlinen is provided with 2 pillows per guest. A warm throw is provided in the cooler months to add the extra bit of warmth. All our cottages are heated by storage heaters and this enables our guests to adjust the heating in each room to their own liking. The bunk bedroom has a metal bunk bed, under roof closet and chest of drawers, reading lamps, and wonderful furnishings. The beds are dressed in crisp white bedlinen and have the added luxury of a warm throw for the cooler months. The lounge with its comfy sofas, also has a double sofa bed. The Derbyshire stone wall adds a touch of rural living to the whole room. A TV, DVD, Hifi system are provided for the comfort of the guests. A limited supply of DVD`s and reading
