Our modern two-bedroom second-floor apartment offers many personal enhancements including items such as beach chairs and umbrella to hair-dryer to give visitors a welcome feel. With stunning full-frontal and side sea views ideal for all seasons with the excitement of the Sun, Sea and Sandy beaches, and exhilarating great Golf yet set in calm, peaceful and picturesque surroundings. Both bedrooms face due south with uninterrupted fantastic views sparkling by day and dazzling by night of the Mediterranean and its beaches with La Manga in the distance. The living room and balcony have beautiful views too. Air conditioning (hot & cold) is installed in the fully equipped lounge/kitchen area and main bedroom. Also provided are two free-standing movable heat radiators. The main bathroom has a bath/shower and bidet, & separate shower room with toilet. Benefits; lift, common BBQ area with washing facilities in large solarium, off-street parking, swimming pool & bar/restaurant overlook the sea.

The apartment is on the coast of a newly developed peninsula, about 10km south of Torrievieja, 50km south of Alicante airport, just off the A37/AP7 Alicante to Cartegena autovia at 48km on the N332. It lies on the edge of Cabo Roig (sought after location) with Campoamor to the south. Murcia (San Javier) airport is 20km/15min south. A good selection of restaurants and eateries, serving cuisine from all over the world and for any budget, bars, shops, banks, supermarkets and Internet cafes are all within walking distance with plenty more a short drive away. English is widely spoken or you may practise your Spanish if you so wish! The championship golf courses of Villamartin, Campoamor and Las Ramblas are within a 5 minute drive. La Manga peninsula and the Mar Menor are 45 minutes away. A coastal walk passes by the apartment with beaches reached within 5 minutes by car. Also a Health-Centre, which deals with emergencies, is located opposite the rear of the apartment building.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Arrival and departure days are not restricted to weekends.
    £100 non-returnable deposit is required upon booking along with an additional £100 security deposit, which will be refunded upon confirmation that the Apartment has been left in a good and clean condition with no damage or breakage.
    Final payment is due four weeks prior to departure date.
    Please phone for any late enquires.
    We recommend that guests take out appropriate insurance to cover cancellation and personal losses for the duration of your holiday.
    Not available for more than four weeks at a time.
  • Property is to be vacated by 10.00am on day of departure, but every effort will be made to allow clients to stay for as long as possible. This will depend on information given by incoming clients & those departing.
    Departure cleaning & laundry are not included in the rental cost.
    There is a 7-11 convenient store near by to get provisions.
    'Airport Transfers' can be arranged from both Murcia - 'San Javier' at 25.00 euros & Alicante airports at 45.00 euros - paid in cash on arrival to driver.

Ideal location for golf: Three prime golf courses of Campoamor (tel. +34 965 320 506), Villamartin (+34 966 765 127) and Las Ramblas (+34 965 322 011) Torre Pacheco Golf Club has a 9-hole course and is suitable for beginners. are within a few kilometres with more courses not so far away at Quesada, Algorfa, La Manga and Torre Pacheco. Campoamor has a terrace bar and restaurant that are worth visiting even if you do not play golf. Information regarding other courses in the region is available from the Tourist Office: Tel. (0034) 968 171 361.

Local attractions : Torrevieja 10 km to the north, Torrevieja is good for shopping with Carrefour hypermarket and the new (for 2005) Habaneros shopping complex on the N332 and a good variety of shops in the bustling centre as well as a busy indoor market for fresh fish, meat and vegetables of excellent quality and value. There is plenty of life along the beach and promenade.

Local attractions - other : Guardamar has a lovely traffic free promenade and beach. A good walk through the sand dunes park takes you to the marina where you can visit the marina cafe (closed Mondays) and watch a little of the world go quietly by. Alicante is worth a visit for the marina and its variety of restaurants and bars, El Barrio with its street tapas bars and El Corte Ingles, Spain's elegant department store in all main towns.

Other Activities: water park, scuba-diving, hot-air ballooning, Mar Menor Cruises, helicopter flights, spa/fitness centres, ten-pin, jet ski hire, fairground, nature.

We stayed in this apartment in August 2009, it was extremely hot when we arrived so the aircon was just the job, the rooms were spacious and loads of cupboard and drawer space,The kitchenhad everything you would need. we have 3 children aged 12,8,and 17 months, Marie had organised a cot and high chair so we didnt need to worry, the apartment had loads of natural light and overlooked a restaurant and the pool so we could see the kids out of the bedroom window in the pool, The whole area had a very safe feel. The pool was great, never crowded and the baby pool was where we spent most of he time, we went to the beach a few times, thanks for the use of the chairs and umberella, all in all it was a home from home.

Just had a fantastic fortnight, the apartment was very spacious, clean and well equiped with stunning sea views from the balcony. The pool area was ideal and there was a great resturant below the apartments, where you could get ice cream and drinks to take to the pool. A lovely beach with shop/bar also nearby. Plenty of places to eat on the door step, Chinese,Italian, Mexican, Indian and English resturants and bars. The resort is kept clean and tidy. Also every Thursday a market is held outside the apartments where you can buy lovely fruits, clothes etc. We would certainly stay in the apartment again.

My husband myself and granddaughter have just spent a really lovely week in this property everything was as detailed and the sea views from windows are magnificent.The location is really handy for many lovely restuarants and easy access to lovely beaches.
