Cannes Croisette two bedroomed, air-conditioned, self-catering apartment. This apartment has been furnished ( to the highest standard and is situated 200 metres from the beach beside the Landmark Hotel Martinez. In the other direction it is a two minute walk to the Rue d'Antibes with its famous selection of shops, restaurants, bars and cafes. The apartment is located on the third floor with lift access. The American style kitchen is newly fitted and includes fridge/freezer, oven, four-ring hob, microwave and dishwasher. There is a convenience store around the corner and a larger supermarket just a five minute walk away.

Cannes hosts many festivals, congresses and exhibitions each year, the most famous being the International Film Festival in May. It has a wonderful Mediterranean climate which is mild year round and warm and sunny in the Summer. Cannes boasts excellent beaches itself and is only a short drive from many other resorts in the area, including the Esterel Mountains which are in easy reach for anyone who wishes to do some hiking. Monaco and Italy are about one hour's drive.

    Cancellation 30 - 21 days before planned arrival : 50% refund
    Cancellation 20 - 11 days before planned arrival : 40% refund
    Cancellation less than 11 days before planned arrival : No refund.

Property is very clean and well-maintained, and the kitchen has all mod cons for breakfast and light meals. The location is superb,being 3 mins walk from the seafront and restaurants not to mention the designer shops! There is an excellent supermarket 5 mins walk away,with a good selection of food and wine-be aware that it can be difficult to buy fresh bread/croissants on Sunday.The apartment has a balcony overlooking the street, from where it is very pleasnt to sit and sip a glass of wine while regarding the activity below.We were not disturbed by noise or traffic at all.
I would not recommend the apartment for families with children, however it is ideal for 1 or 2 couples , or 1 couple + teenager etc. There is a lift, so access is no problem.

Very well located near the beach, shops and good restaurants!!. The apartment was full equipped with all we need for the stay and was really comfortable.
The owner was very kind and always available.
