LUXURY Self-catering 1 bed apartment on the 6th floor of this land-mark Victoria Building; sleeps 4 (1 double bedroom & using double sofa-bed in living room) finished to a very high standard. Large double bedroom overlooking terrace and Med; large luxury bathroom with bath & shower; living room opens onto terrace through patio doors. Separate, compact, kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer/drier & fridge/freezer. Large west and south facing sun terrace (with retractable canopy ) overlooking village and Med. - stunning views! ! 3 lifts in the building. Great bars, nightclubs and restaurants within 5 min. walk in charming, authentic Spanish village. There is even a Jazz Club in the basement of the building! (which can't be heard on the 6th floor!). Sauna, jacuzzi , gym and super roof-top pool and large sun terrace on this floor. 1 km from Mojacar Playa with numerous bars, restaurants, and nightclubs. Frequent bus service to & from the Playa & taxis available

Notes: Communal roof top pool with large terrace area with loungers and sun umbrellas provided. Gym with sauna and Jaccuzzi (indoor) - bookable. Note for disabled / elderly / infirm persons: Although there is good access in the building for wheelchairs etc and excellent lifts there are a few steps on some floors and parking near the building is very limited. CAR PARKING. Parking is extremely limited in this old Andalucian village! Extra car parking is made available in the village in July and August - this is a 5 - 10 minute walk from the building - uphill!
