4 Adults plus baby ( my daughter in law 5 months pregnant) plus Baby 1 Year Old :- No High Chair Provided
No Air Conditioning or fans Provided had to hire this , Likewise had to pay to hire Safe , no mention of this in apartment description. Hot water in evening not always available for showers etc.
Had to vacate Apartment at 10.00 am on day of departure flight time 19.00 hrs. My family and I have travelled abroad for over 15 years and never once had to vacate our accommadation at such an unreasonable time. Receptionist very apologic but had no complimentry accommadation to offer us told to come back after 12.00 ,and ask again , meanwhile we could sit round pool and wait , however no one told us or the receptionist , it seems , that the night before the pool was to be closed for 3 weeks , so we did not even have that option. So basically we had to roam the resort to pass the time of day, to say the least we were far from impressed especialy with a pregant mother amd 1 year old baby. We were eventually given an apartment at around 14.00 but by then we were totally stressed out and thankfull when the taxi arrived at 16.00 to take us to the airport.
What started as a nice holiday , the apartments had some good points, clean , view , location ,spacious , good facilities , was lost in the departing fiasco.
