Set low on the hillside only a 15 minute walk to the beach or Centre through quaint cobbled streets, lined with boutiques and designer shops, that lead through to the atmospheric Castle and cosmopolitan Marina, and its traditional Turkish and fresh fish restaurants. Situated on the ground floor, it is ideal for families with children, or friend groups, with its generous pool (plus kids pool) and poolside showers, large patio set in a beautiful landscaped garden looking out towards the Bay Fully equipped: Air-Con, Digiturk TV, DVD, MP3. Take a traditional gullet boat trip or even the Duty Free ferry to the Greek Island of Kos, or reserve your place on Excursions to famous tourist attractions like the calcified, healing, water springs at Pamakulle, or the historical ruins of Ephesues. From the Marina you can take the 'duty free' ferry for a daytrip to the Greek island of Kos, or many other popular destinations such as Marmaris. Catch a bargain at Bodrum's twice weekly market, or a Dolmus to neighbouring resorts on the peninsula, Gumbet, Bitez, Calis, Turgetries, Gundogen, and Yalikavak.

we were four coupls for a weekend in karens vila and we have hade a very good time and space.the vila located near
bodrum center more over a peacfull & lovely place.i have spoked to miss karen who was kind & friendly.her contact man in bodrum mr mehmet was nice friendly & very helpfull
he rented a car for all of us to pick us from the airport and save money expencis(two taxis,we used the car for the weekend)i am highly recommended to rent that vila wich contain every thing you need until the last part.
we will come again,and next time will be a longer stay.

Owner's Response: Whilst the apartment has 3 double bedrooms, 8 people can be accomodated easily by utilising the double bedsettee in the lounge.
It's true that the apartment does have all mod cons and everything you will need for your stay. You will really only need to bring beach towels...!

My keyholder, who also arranges airport taxi transfers for guests that want them, is very helpful and speaks numerous languages. He will help you with any needs you may have during your stay, inclusive of recommending or arranging boat trips etc..

We would recommend this apartment as a quiet but convenient location to stay when in Bodrum. Local grocery shops are only 5 minutes' walk away and all other amenities 10-15 minutes' walk away. Excellent customer service was provided by the keyholder, who will also provide a pick up and drop off at the airport, even at unsociable hours! The property and the complex itself is well maintained with excellent views over the bay. Bodrum has many great restaurants, catering for all tastes and is historically fascinating. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday in this apartment - thank you.
Owner's Response: My keyholder conducts a meet and greet service for all my guests and can help w?th any queries you may have about the complex or Bodrum itself and speaks a variety of languages ?ncluding both Turkish and Engl?sh.

He also provides an airport taxi transfer service to the apartment wh?ch takes approximately 30 minutes and costs 30 - 40 pounds depend?ng on no of people suitcases.

He can also change currency and arrange boat trips or help you with anything you may want or need.

My brother and his family left yesterday, and had a very comfortable 2 weeks in your appartment. In fact it was absolutely ideal for them, the appartment is very well furnished and decorated, the toddlers had room to roam, the garden was lovely, the complex is very secure, everything was great, so thank you very much!
