This beautiful Jamaican studio is in the prestigious resort of Mamme Bay a secured gated community. This villa is set in one and a half acres of landscaped gardens boasting a verity of the villa its own swimming pool, gazebo and barbeque facilities and has this beautiful studio, light spacious, and contempory this is a new and fresh build. There is the most beautiful beach within 5 minutes with many activities. i.e. Jet skiing, Scubber diving and a whole lot more. There is also horse riding facilities within 5 minutes of the villa. There is also a supermarket, bar and restaurant within 5 minutes of the villa. There is Dunn’s river falls near by and a lot of nightlife in Ohio Rios which is less than 10 minutes by mini cab or hired car. There is also a great nightlife within the area with clubs like Amnesia, Just Chairs, Margeriterville, Shades and Priory beach has an event and dance every Sunday.

Value for money: This is a new property which has just come onto the rental market it is affordable well secured and in one of the best locations on the island if there is 4 people this is an unbeatable price for the area and type of accommodation it is. There is use of a well maintained pool and a fabulous beach within 5 mins walking distance and the studio is in one of the most prestigous estates on the North Coast and situated in the most beautiful keep villas on the estate Patiently Waiting. Tired of the all inclusive where they charge you per person per night, why not take care of yourself and family and friends at a fraction of the price.

Amazing Location: The self catering beauty enables you to choose weather you wish to cook your own, order a takeaway for as really cheap, or even eat out. Our housekeeper or caretaker will advise you on all your options Don't restrict yourself enjoy Jamaica in the right envoironment. Jamaica no problem

We stayed here for a week, the room was of a good size and the care taker was very helpfull. The room was cleaned every other day, and we were fully equipped with cable tv and a good quality stereo system. There is also a chef on sight who can cook for you if requested.

The location: The villa is also minutes away from a beautiful beach and a taxi drive away from many others. The local town is only ten minutes away and has many shops and restaurants. Overall this villa is very reasonable and conveinient for a sun sand and sea holiday.
Recommended for:  Families with Teenagers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car

The studio did not have air conditioning as outlined in the description - why is this important? I have an illness that makes it difficult for my body to cool itself down and the lack of air conditioning would have made us decide not to rent
There was no tennis courts as promised
Also what was not said was that to use the shower, you had to go outside and share it with the staff
The property was clean and well maintained and the staff was helpfull. I would not recommend this studio to anyone and the next time we visit we will be staying in an hotel

We stayed here for 1 week fine the place was very clean and well maintained, the cook was very friendly and cooked whatever we wanted she even would go shopping for the ingredients all we had to do was give her the money. She made us some very spicy, but delicious Jamaican dishes. It was lovely to come home everyday from an activity to a cooked meal on the stove. The destination was great just 10-15 min away from Dunn River and Town Shopping area, where you can get everything you need. We got a great deal on price for the time of year we wanted to stay. I would recommend this villa to a friend.
