It consists of 5 spacious double bedrooms (sleeps 11) and most of these have ceiling fans to keep you cool during those warm sultry nights. 4 Bathrooms and a separate cloakroom. The en-suite bathroom has a full bath/shower and a separate walk-in shower enclosure. This modern tastefully designed villa is light and spacious and would be ideal for large families and friends. FULL SKY DIGITAL Satellite with 42' TV. Sky Sport/Sky Movies etc, DVD player and music system. The villa has a fully equipped modern kitchen with a utility and drying area. A large 7 seater hot tub Jacuzzi is on the terrace for that soothing and relaxing soak and Hydro air massage. Relax and enjoy the private south facing sun terraces furnished with comfortable sun beds and then a swim in the full sized electricity heated pool where you will find the exterior dining area providing that special 'al fresco' dining experience.

Additional information about rental rates

  • TARIFF: Rates are for up to four persons staying in the villa. There is a charge of £98.00 for every extra person per week, up to eleven. Christmas and New year are just the one price of £2150.00 per week for up to 10 people.
    Terms:
    Bookings are from 14.00 hrs on day of arrival to 10.00 hrs on day of departure (we can sometimes be flexible depending on incoming or outgoing guests).
    A £200.00 per week deposit is payable on confirmation of bookings. Infants under 2 are free and are our guests
    The final balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure.
    ALL GUESTS SHOULD HAVE HOLIDAY INSURANCE.
    A £200 damages deposit is required 8 weeks before holiday and refunded within 14 days after holiday
  • We accept credit cards Visa or Master card for payment with pay pal. Please note that there is a 3.6% charge per Credit Card transaction.

Being four adults in our 50's and looking for total relaxation, comfort and luxury we could not have gone to a better villa. The villa was superb - everything was catered for and the personal service was spot on. The owners were very friendly and went out their way to help you (even ran us to their own doctor when one of us got a knee injury). The upkeep and standard of cleanliness was excellent, with the pool, hot tub and patio being serviced every day. We would have no problem recommending this villa to anyone. Thanks to Darren and his family for making our holiday so enjoyable.
