Notes to the rental rates

• The rental rates listed are for a week stay, however discounts are offered for stays in excess of 3 weeks or more. Please call for a quote for a long winter rental. A security deposit cheque is taken at the time of booking of £200 subject to the return of the apartment keys, and that the property is left in the same condition as at the start of the rental. The deposit cheque will normally be returned after 7 days of the receipt of the keys. We take a security deposit of £200 at the time of booking which is refunded as in the terms booking contract.

• We offer short stays 4 nights minimum except for Bank holidays and the High season when its useful to call for availability. 5 nights stay charged at the full weekly rental rate.
