Fantastic location 2 & 3 bedroom apartments at Nueva Andalucia/Puerto Banus , the apartments are all in private mature gardens with pools, including pools for children. The privately owned apartments are for the self catering holiday and offer well appointed accommodation for a summer holidays, long weekend breaks, golfing holidays, winter short & long vacations. Puerto Banus is easily reached with 15- 25 minutes walk. Restaurants, bars and all amenities are within easy walking of the apartments. There are also excellent restaurants in the area, Marbella and also at the Marina of Puerto Banus. The apartments are well appointed with TV, DVD or Video Player and some also have CD players. Fully fitted kitchens etc. Fully furnished terraces, pool towels are also provided for your use during your stay. An English speaking managing agent takes care of the apartments and is contactable during your stay. Linen, towels and pool towels are also provided for your use during your stay.

Prime Location this superbly located 3 bed/2bath will sleep 6, and we can also provide a cot for babies or an extra bed for a child under 5 yrs. The accommodation consists of a large lounge/dining room with TV and many extras., You will find many added extras in the apartment as it is the owner's Spanish home. The bedrooms are tastefully furnished and consist of a double bedded room and two twin bedded guest rooms, two bathroom one of which is en suite. The apartment has a superb furnished balcony with views of the mountains of La Concha. Easy walking of approx. 15 - 25 minutes to the famous Marina & Yachts of Puerto Banus A short drive will take you to the Old town of Marbella, Orange square which is certainly worth a visit. This accomodation is in a great location for Puerto Banus and all it has to offer. You can drive to all the lovely beaches beaches along the coast where you will find beach bars and watersports.

  • The rental prices are shown for a week stay, however discounts are offered for stays in excess of 2 weeks or more. We also offer a minimum stay of 4 nights, this option is available for most of the year except for Bank Holidays, where the full week would be charged. Friday, Saturday & Sunday are charged at the weekend rate. Please call for a quote for a long winter rental. A security deposit cheque is taken at the time of booking of £200 subject to the return of the apartment keys, and subject to the conditions in the contract,that the property is left in the same condition as at the start of the rental. The deposit cheque will normally be returned after 7 days of the receipt of the keys.

We spent a great deal of time by the pools at Lorcrimar, where our daughter soon made friends with the daughter of a local resident and her swimming
skills developed pace.

The pools were clean and were a comfortable temperature. The gardens were beautifully landscaped and my mother spent many evenings strolling around the pathways throughout the gardens.

The apartment was spotless and all services worked perfectly.Sometimes the electric switch had to be reset in the fuse box if too many appliances are on together, but I was told that this a common occurance in many apartments.

Overall we thouroughly enjoyed our stay !

Lorcrimar apartment were very clean, comfortable, safe and quiet. The local amenitities/shops/restaurants/bars were close by. The communal pool was convenient and not too busy.
Would return here for a stay again.

We had a lovely time staying at the Lorcrimar apartment. The location was ideal for Puerto Banus and the surrounding areas. The facilities more than exceeded our expectations, very nice accomodation and spacious balcony. We're hoping to go back there very soon.

Super Apt in great setting

Overall a great apartment in an ideal location. The pool areas were always very quiet and empty. There is a baby pool and large pool with lifeguard on duty so our kids had a great time there.
The living area has a nice homely feel and the large balcony adds to the spacious feeling. We dined outdoors most evenings and look forward to our return next year.

This apartment is based about a 10 minute walk from the main centre of Puerto Banus and made it ideal for access to all the local amenities, golf, restaurants and nightlife. Inside it is well looked after with all the facilities you'd expect from a good apartment including air con, washing machine and full cooking facilities.
The balcony is suprising large with almost double the interior space available it was like an extra living room with dining and barbecue facilities.
The two double rooms are spacious and well decorated, a nice touch in the living room was the owners supply of books and Dvds .
I would thoroughly recommend this apartment to my friends"
