This vacation home is only minutes from outlet malls, fishing, beaches, golf courses and beautiful nature preserves; but you may never want to leave the peace and relaxation of your own private pool and enclosed lanai. This house has 'relaxation' written all over it! Quiet neighbourhood, yet conveniently located to the beach and many shops; take Fido for a walk and enjoy the Florida sunshine! Additional information about rental rates

  • $500 security deposit requried for house at time of booking. $125 cleaning fee requried at departure. 11% Florida tax additional. $75.00 per week for electricity is included, which is sufficient to pay for the costs of operating the air conditioning full-time, with doors properly closed, together with all other appliances. Excess use will be deducted from the security deposit. There will also be an orientation by a fully qualified Captain which costs US$140 and is payable directly to the Captain. We also require an additional $500 deposit for the boat. BOAT RENTAL IS NOT REQUIRED FOR STAYS DURING OFF-PEAK TIMES!!

Best relaxation we ever had

My family spent a week at Villa Tiffany in June 2007. The house was found to be spotlessly clean, and stocked with everything we needed. They had even thought of little touches we had never considered, like shampoo in the showers, in case we had forgotten ours. My family was in the pool most of the day, usually in 2 or 3 different sessions. We ate dinner each night outdoors, and lounged poolside after dark to see the stars. My kids forgot about their electronics, and we spent wonderful family time playing board games, reading in the comfy living room or extra sitting area by the front window. My 5-year-old LOVED making a hideout in the large walk-in closet in the 3rd bedroom using extra comforters. My 8 year-old's favorite part was the outdoor shower to rinse off after swimming! We all came home relaxed and refreshed. We will definitey return.

Relaxing and fun!

Our family of five spent two weeks at Villa Tiffany and had a blast. The property lived up to its advertising - and then some. We found everything we needed to have a wonderful, relaxing holiday with our three active boys.

The boys loved the pool, fishing on the canal and the games and movies they found at the house. They were especially amused by the shower on the pool deck.

My husband and I enjoyed relaxing on the pool deck and lanai while keeping an eye on our independent swimmers. There is a great table on lanai with a ceiling fan to keep you cool (where my husband read the newspaper) and great lounge chairs on the pool deck with side tables to hold your drink while you tan (my favorite activity).

The house was very clean and well stocked. We didn't need to worry about a thing as everything was in good working order.

I would recommend Villa Tiffany to anyone looking for a vacation rental in Cape Coral, Florida.

Relaxing, immaculate home

We loved our visit to Villa Tiffany! From the moment we walked in we felt refreshed.

Your solar pool heater worked great - kept the water a comfortable temp even when the nights were cold.The boys had a great time swimming and were very amused to take showers on the lania in the outdoor shower. I had a good time watching them from your comfortable lounge chairs and jumping in whenever I wanted.

While we didn't need Carole's assistance with anything during our visit, it was nice to know there was a local property manager close by. She had everything stocked and in good working order prior to our visit.

We enjoyed dining out and visiting the area beaches. Also, we spent an afternoon biking the Ding Darling Preserve on Sanibel and seeing the alligators and birds. The boys thought that was cool.

It was a quiet, relaxing vacation. Thank you.
