Direct access to the river:
You have access the river called La Petite Maine through a little path, and after 100 m you will discover a delightful sinuous watercourse of about 6 to 8 m wide. This is the perfect place to fish or have a family picnic around a table. The property is 3 km away from the 173 acre lake called la Bultiére where you can fish for carp at night.
Poultry-yard, ponies and horseback riding:
Chickens, geese, two goats named Radégonde and Ninon and the 2 ponies named Domino and Pégase will delight the children. Since May 2007, we adopted a little donkey called Vanille. You will also enjoy the 10 cattle or so that take care of 49 acres of the estate. Close by, there are two riding schools that will take you for on a designated path called 'Randonnée en Vendée'.
Walks and bicycle rides:
You will have several very quiet paths and municipal routes at your disposal for walks, jogging and bicycle rides.
Right next to the property, you will find a trekking path where you can choose to go for 4, 8 or 15 km.
