This state-of-the art beautifully landscaped new four bedroom five and a half bathroom centrally air-conditioned villa is privately located in a peaceful area and boasts superb views over Toiny, St. Kitts and Nevis.
The builder/owner's attention to detail can be seen throughout the property. The media room with home cinema lies just off the main entrance. Beyond, are the dining area, spacious living room and gourmet kitchen. With a wine cellar, additional fridge (walk-in) and separate freezer, a private chef has all of the proper equipment, should the guests wish to hire one.
Just beyond this area is a nice deck and outdoor barbecue that lie behind the large, heated, infinity pool. Two king en -suite bedrooms are on this same level. The master has a sitting and office area as well as an outdoor deck. The other two en suite queen bedrooms are on the lower level and have their own entrances. A covered outdoor living area is conveniently located to the right of these bedrooms. Access to the main house can also be through the gym.
Built for the professional athlete, villa Auréve features a full gym (with a view, no less), a steam room, full bath and a Ligne St. Barth massage area. The techno-gym equipment includes a treadmill, bike, elliptical stepper and the latest universal quick workout machine which requires the use of a personal trainer. Each bedroom features an all-new Sony drop down TV screen and I-Pod docking station. Continental breakfast as well as turn-down service is included in the rate.
