41m2 ground floor apartment built 2001with 15m2 terrace and garden facing west with fabulous view a lake, the hills of the Esterel and the Alpes Maritimes, quick journey to the Croisette by car or local bus. The compound has tennis court and pool. The living room exit to the terrace. TV. The terrace has table and chairs and an electric barbecue. The open kitchen is tastefully fitted into the corner of the living room and is fully equipped – ceramic hob, warm air oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer and a generous supply of crockery/utensils etc. There is a bedroom with 2 beds and exit door to the terrace, a sleep alcove with 2 beds. The apartment sleeps normally of 4 persons. In the living room there is a sofa bed offering additionally 2 extra beds. The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine. Payment 25% of the rent to be to be paid at the booking of the apartment. The balance to be paid latest 2 weeks before arrival. Note refunds cannot be considered after this date. Payment via bank transfer or cheque in Euro, GBP or USD.
    Our representative will meet you at arrival and on request at all reasonable hours. She will require a security deposit of Euros 200 (not included in the rental rates given) at your arrival. This is to cover loss of keys or breakages, and is refundable on departure
    In case you stay 3 weeks or more we offer a discount of 25% on our weekly charges given.

Baby bed can be supplied at request The apartment is fitted with electric security blinds which are great black out blinds on the two patio doors which lead onto the terrace There is an electric motor driven sunshade curtain installed at the terrace. The terrace is fitted with dining table and 4 chairs and additionally a cane sofa and two cane armchairs. Furthermore there are 4 sun chairs. In the small garden which is outside the terrace we have planted some orange trees, figues, wine stock etc which gives a pleasant relaxing atmosphere. .

You can relax and safely let your children free from the apartment in the small garden belonging to the apartment just outside the terrace. The whole compound is protected by a fence from intruders. In the compound there is a wonderful manmade lake which you are free to walk around. The area is very calm and neighbours are friendly. The pool approx. 5 x 15 m is within some footsteps easy to reach is open during May - September. There are two tennis courts belonging to the compound which are free for you to use.
