The house is really well=positioned. It is a few minutes walk around the back of the garden and down a path to the Marina and a couple of minutes walk in the other direction to the East Brighton Park and Golf Club. The Marina is like a town in itself. There is a giant supermarket (great for shipping the barbie provisions in!), inviting cafes and bars in front of the yachts, a casino, bowling alley, cinema, indoor gof centre and plenty more. You can walk from the house into the centre and stop off in trendy Kemp Town on the way. Kemp Town is fast becoming one of the most 'in' parts of Brighton with its great ethnic restaurants and quirky shops on St James Street. For shopping which is really unique, head for the 'Lanes' area with its tiny cobbled streets and alleyways. Sole traders sell a miriad of colourful items and the atmosphere is that of a buzzy street market.
For sports fans how about playing team beach volley (a short walk from the house) or hiring a speed boat at the Marina?
