Enjoying views over open farmland and fields, the peacefully located villa is perfect for groups who want a holiday in a rural, quiet location away from the beaten track. There's a typical tranquil feel to the property which is furnished in a cozy, basic-style throughout with TV /English channels/. The villa comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large fully fitted kitchen with breakfast table and sitting/dining room on the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer, 4 ring stove, oven, microwave, washing machine, dish washer, toaster and coffee machine. On the pool level there are 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a kitchen with breakfast table and the sitting area with separate entrance. Outside the terrace area borders a large swimming pool / 6X10m, depth 1,30X2,40m/ with two dining tables, sun lounges umbrellas and shower providing space for relaxing and sunbathing. A barbecue adds to the charm and when you fancy days out, Carvoeiro is two kilometers away. Private parking.

The villa is in a quiet residential area with a few bars, restaurants and a mini market closeby. It is situated approximately 2,5 km from Carvoeiro center with its bars, restaurants, shops, beaches and night life. Nearest supermarket is 5 min drive. The most popular beaches of the area Praia da Marinha, Praia do Benagil and Praia do Carvoeiro are only 5 min drive. Within ten minutes drive of the village many more beaches can be found, ranging from small quiet coves in Ferragudo to long wide beaches in Armação. There are several water parks and a Zoo Marine within a short drive. Two excellent 18 hole golf courses at Gramacho and Pinta along with a 9 hole par 3 course at Vale do Milho are located just outside the village and Carvoeiro Tennis Club are 3 km away.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Maid service twice a week is included. Towels are provided and will be changed twice a week. Linen changed once a week. Please bring your beach towels with you. Air conditioning is included in rental price.
    As a small family business we look after a few villas in Carvoeiro area. We live in Carvoeiro and know the area extremely well. Should you arrive after 9pm we leave a food pack (milk, tea bags, butter, bread, water) for you. We meet and greet you and provide you with local maps, tourist’s guides and brochures, organize trips, excursions, help you to book tickets to Water Parks, golf courses, and get taxi. We will provide you with detailed directions to the villa before your arrival.
    We look after our guests and make sure that everything is in order in the villa. Our mobile phone number is available during your stay for 24 hours for emergency calls.
    In winter months November to March electricity is to be paid by tenant. Maid service in winter once a week.
  • Generally, entry the villa is after 2 pm, (though it should be expected that the maids may still be working if you arrive early afternoon). On departure day you must vacate by 10am (should you arrive earlier or leave later in the day we will do our utmost to help you).
    On arrival a refundable security deposit 200.00euro for villa may be requested in some properties. This deposit is held against any damage or breakages incurred during the rental period and will be returned on departure providing no breakages have occurred. A deposit of 20% is necessary to confirm a booking. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival date. We accept payment in Sterling or in Euro made via bank transfer or cheque.
  • Car hire and airport transfers arranged on request. Please ask for the prices.

    April – £495 a week
    May, October – £595 a week
    June, September - £695 a week
    July and August the villa is rented out only as a 5 bedroomed.

Enjoyed a very pleasant stay in Aug 2008. Lots of room for everyone (6 adults, 4 children between 9 & 16) Villa is 10 min drive to the beaches on a country road this is why it is called quiet. Car hire essential! Kitchen well equipped lots of cutlery & plates,washing machine,dishwasher!
Children's area at villa good. Kids played snooker and made a lot of noise! Carvoeiro is a small seaside town with lots of restaurants and small shops. Lagoa which was closer is a traditional Portuguse town not many tourists. Because of our numbers we mostly cooked at the Villa and found Intermarche Supermarket on the main Lagoa to Carvoeiro had brillant selection of local meat,fish,fruit& veg as well as things we would have found at home. Watch out for the rabbits! We visted the Splash and Slide park not Aqualand as we were told the slides were larger! Until October 08 you can see the Sand Sculptures directions are sign posted everywhere you go and well worth visit especially at night when lit. This is the first time we had travelled to Portugal it is very quiet and you need to travel around to see the countryside. Local people are very friendly and weather was fantasic. Property is highly recommended!
