Newly built luxury villa air conditioned throughout comprises of 4 large bedrooms , 2 family bathrooms and a shower room, fully fitted kitchen, sitting and dining rooms. There are double bedroom with TV and twin bedroom sharing full bathroom on the ground floor. Two double bedrooms (one with TV) sharing a family bathroom with bath, toilet and bidet are on the first floor. The sliding doors from both bedrooms lead off to the large sun terraces with stunning views of the country and Monchique Mountains. On the ground floor there is a large living room with a few couches, satellite TV, DVD, CD player. Sliding doors lead to sun terrace with tables & chairs looking at the pool and the garden. Shower room is off the kitchen. There is a very large swimming pool (4X9 meters) with sunbathing area, outside shower, sun loungers and umbrellas in the garden. Shaded terrace with tables, chairs and BBQ. Beautifully landscaped garden with lawn and child swing. Fully fenced garden with electric gates.

The villa is situated in a peaceful residential area 3 km from Carvoeiro center with its wonderful selection of restaurants, bars, tourist shops and the beaches. The beach Praia dos Caneiros is one of the most beautiful on the coast with its famous restaurant with stunning sea views and delicious food is short drive away. Two excellent 18 hole golf courses at Gramacho and Pinta are located just outside the village within 5 min drive from the villa. There are a few restaurants, bars, coffee shops and super market in the village within walking distance from the villa. Slide and Splash, a large water fun park is 10 min drive. Zoomarine with its assortment of performing and rare sea creatures and unforgettable experience of swimming with the dolphins is 15 min drive.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Air conditioning is extra £120 a week. Maid service twice a week is included. Towels are provided and will be changed twice a week. Linen changed once a week. Please bring your beach towels with you. As a small family business we look after a few villas in Carvoeiro area. We live in Carvoeiro and know the area extremely well. Should you arrive after 9pm we leave a food pack (milk, tea bags, butter, bread, water) for you. We meet and greet you and provide you with local maps, tourist’s guides and brochures, organize trips, excursions, help you to book tickets to Water Parks, golf courses, and get taxi. We will provide you with detailed directions to the villa before your arrival.
    We look after our guests and make sure that everything is in order in the villa. Our mobile phone number is available during your stay for 24 hours for emergency calls.
    Baby cot and high chair are provided.
  • Generally, entry the villa is after 2 pm, (though it should be expected that the maids may still be working if you arrive early afternoon). On departure day you must vacate by 10am (should you arrive earlier or leave later in the day we will do our utmost to help you).
    On arrival a refundable security deposit 200.00 euro for villa may be requested in some properties. This deposit is held against any damage or breakages incurred during the rental period and will be returned on departure providing no breakages have occurred. A deposit of 20% is necessary to confirm a booking. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival date. We accept payment in Sterling or in Euro made via bank transfer or cheque.
  • Car hire and airport transfers arranged on request. Please ask for the prices.
