The villa is only 5 minutes walk to the lovely sandy beaches of Playa del Sol with its choice of beach bars. Besides these benefits the property is conveniently situated to the world famous Puerto Banus (10min drive) and Marbella (20 min) perfect for a self catering holiday. Nearby Estepona centre (10min), Benahavis (10min drive) and Cancelada within walking distance, where you can buy fresh fruit and vegetables and other little things from the Spanish market on Friday. Speaking of markets San Pedro on a Thursday and Estepona on Wednesday's great experience if you've never been and better if you have you'll remember the bargains! For the children Selwo Park, (5mins drive) a fantastic animal attraction not to be missed. The beach is a short 3-5 min walk however, if you have a car you have the choice of the best beaches along the Costa del Sol as there is great access to the N340. In Fuengirola the water park, great fun for everyone (30min). If golf is your game, you are spoilt for choice with Los Flamingos less than 5mins drive and the famous Seve Ballesteros Valle Romano Estepona Golf course is just 10min. If shopping is for you, Puerto Banus just 10min with Marbella centre and La Canada 20 mins. This really is a great affordable location.
