Beautifully furnished and equipped 1 bedroom apartment (1st floor) in the exclusive Apartment/Hotel Colloseum Resort in Sunny Beach. FRONTLINE beach access and views of the Black Sea and beach from the balcony and windows. The apartment is spacious and capable of sleeping 4 people. It has a double bedroom, lounge with sofa bed, fully functioning kitchen, modern bathroom, winter-summer air conditioning, heated floor tiles in the hall/bathroom and all mod cons including satellite TV. There is also a balcony offering beautiful views of the beach, the Black Sea and the Nessebar peninsula. The Colloseum Complex is situated in the largest and the finest resort on the Black Sea coast - Sunny Beach, near the ancient town of Nessebar. The building, resembling the Roman Colloseum, is located in the very centre of the resort, with its lively atmosphere and numerous amenities. Highlights of this luxury complex include a restaurant, a whole day bar, 24hr reception desk and a swimming pool.

Just returned from this apartment. Not a very good week, due to bad weather, and most of the resort closing down! Apartment spacious, but with a few corrections needed to the description of the property - there is no beach view, there is a lot of noise from the bar next door, floor tiles are not heated, fully functioning kitchen does not contain a kettle, the pool area is very small with no sunbeds, the restaurant is not open all year (was closed when we were there, as was the bar), staff as helpful as they could be but with very little knowledge of english.

The property was very clean and well maintained.the appartment was in the centre of Sunny Beach it was a bit noisy at night but was not a problem for us.the sea view was hidden by a new appartment block being built, the building was getting mostly cosmetic work there was no noise.Its central location made it very easy to get about Sunny Beach.Every meal we had out was fantastic restaurants a great. This was our third time in Bulgaria and would go again.Watch out for taxi's giving you a price in euros then asking to be payed in levs, we were quoted
35 at airport we thought this was levs but turned out to be euros he wanted 70 levs
